We ship most packages through USPS, and these shipping times are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, delays can happen - and you can reach out to your local post office for the latest information on your delivery status.
Please keep in mind that we ship every day around 11am. If you place an order later in the afternoon or on the weekend, you should expect it to be shipped the following business day.

If any Petpost product that you purchased from our website does not work for your dog, it does not live up to your expectations, *or if you or your dog just don't like it* we'll replace it or give you 100% of your money back, no questions asked. Simply return the product you purchased from us and you will be refunded immediately! Yes - we really are that confident that you and your dog will love our products. You have nothing to lose!
But hold on, there are some rules that you and your pup should be aware of. Gift cards and promotional codes are not eligible for any type of refund – sorry! We don't refund return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or there is another mistake that we made, but we will refund your initial shipping charges for the order.
Please be sure to provide a printed proof of purchase (like your email receipt) along with the return, so that we can make sure you receive your refund quickly.

We are very happy to offer FREE SHIPPING within the United States on any orders over $35. For orders under $35, our standard shipping fee is only $5.99.
In a rush? We also have Expedited Shipping available for $9.99 and Priority Shipping available for $17.99.
↪ HOW LONG IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
We ship as often as dogs’ play – every day. We are proud to say that with the exception of weekends and holidays, your order will be shipped the same day or next day.
↪ DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world! Our international shipments are sent out via USPS international mail. Most of the time you will be able to see tracking information, but for some countries USPS does not provide tracking information – so please be patient.
↪ HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?
We calculate the shipping cost for international orders based on the weight of your order and the country that you’re in. Standard shipping for international orders starts at $9.99.
You can check the cost of international shipping by proceeding to the checkout and entering your delivery address. Don’t worry, you will not be charged unless you accept the shipping cost.
↪ HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE?
If you are located in Canada or Mexico, your order should arrive within 2 weeks, although sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks.
For the rest of the world, shipments can take up to 8 weeks. If you have not received your order after 8 weeks, you can bark at us and we will look into it.
↪ FOR AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER, WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES/FEES?
Some countries charge import duties that the buyer must pay. In many cases the import duties are very small, but you should reach out to your local post office for an accurate estimate of the charges.
↪ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a very simple refund process that includes only two reason codes for returns. Return Reason A: we are initiating a refund/return because we made a mistake, your product arrived damaged, an incorrect product was sent or any other reason that is our fault. Return Reason B: we are initiating a refund/return because you changed your mind, decided you didn't like the product, the product didn't work as well as you hoped, you used half of the bottle and then decided you didn't like the smell, you used the entire bottle and decided you didn't like the smell, your dog ate it, or any other reason that is because of something that happens after your order arrives to you safely.
If you returning your order because of Return Reason A, please email us with a copy of your return shipping receipt so that we can reimburse you for it. Please use USPS First Class or Priority Mail, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground for your return.

Inside the package, please include a printed (or nicely handwritten) note with your Name & Order Number so that we can process your return quickly. It is easiest just to print the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order.
↪ MY DOG HAS TERRIBLE TEAR STAINS – WHAT PRODUCT SHOULD I BUY?
Our customers have found that the most effective way to eliminate tear stains is to combine a supplement and a topical tear stain remover. Take the following steps to completely remove tear stains from your dog:
1) Begin to administer a daily dose of either our Tear Stain Soft Chews or our Tear Stain Supplement. Both of these products work from the inside out by building up your dog’s immune system and providing additional nutrients like Eyebright Herb and Lutein to their diet.
2) Begin a daily eye cleaning regimen with our popular Tear Stain Remover and Tear Stain Comb.
3) Start your dog on distilled water only and switch to stainless steel water and food bowls.
4) Make sure your dog is on high quality dog food!
If your dog has had tear stains for a long time, there will be permanently dyed fur that will need to grow out and be trimmed off. After 4-8 weeks you should give a good trim around the eyes.
Tear stain treatment requires patience! If you follow these steps you should see a dramatic improvement in your pup’s tear stains within 4-8 weeks.
