Domestic Shipping
We offer multiple shipping options within the United States to meet your needs:
- Priority Shipping: 2 Business Days - $17.99
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 Business Days - $9.99
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days - FREE for orders over $35, otherwise $5.99
All orders include tracking information. Please note that while most packages are shipped through USPS, shipping times are not guaranteed and delays can occur. For the latest delivery status, please contact your local post office.
Orders are processed daily around 11 am. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 within the United States. For orders under $35, the standard shipping fee is $5.99. Free shipping is not available for international orders.
International Shipping
We ship to almost every country worldwide via USPS international mail. Tracking information may not be available for all countries.
- Cost: International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Standard shipping starts at $9.99. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your order.

Delivery Time:
- Canada and Mexico: Up to 2 weeks, sometimes up to 4 weeks.
- Rest of the world: Up to 8 weeks.
If you have not received your order after 8 weeks, please contact us for assistance.
Returns and Refunds
Our 100% Happy Dog Guarantee ensures that if any Petpost product does not work for you or your dog, or if you or your dog simply don't like it, we'll replace it or give you a full refund, no questions asked.
To initiate a return, email us at info@petpost.com. Include your Name and Order Number inside the return package. Returns should be sent to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Return Reason A: If the return is due to our mistake (damaged product, incorrect item, etc.), your refund will include the original order cost (including shipping) and return shipping compensation.
- Return Reason B: If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Gift cards and promotional codes are non-refundable. Our refund policy is non-transferrable and only applicable to purchases made directly from us.
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank and contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary. If further assistance is needed, contact us at info@petpost.com. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests made in bad faith or abuse of our policy.
