Refund policy

Our 100% Happy Dog Guarantee ensures that if any Petpost product does not work for you or your dog, or if you or your dog simply don't like it, we'll replace it or give you a full refund, no questions asked.

To initiate a return, email us at info@petpost.com
Include your Name and Order Number inside the return package. Returns should be sent to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Return Reason A: If the return is due to our mistake (damaged product, incorrect item, etc.), your refund will include the original order cost (including shipping) and return shipping compensation.
Return Reason B: If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Gift cards and promotional codes are non-refundable. Our refund policy is non-transferrable and only applicable to purchases made directly from us.

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank and contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary. If further assistance is needed, contact us at customer-service@petpost.com
We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests made in bad faith or abuse of our policy.
